For Outpost's Summer Fayre, a series of formal presentations by artist-led organisations, The Lombard Method presented Falafel Rocher, a portable food stand. The structure, previously used for Dense Cluster at Bristol Diving School, was reconfigured as a point of entry into discussing artist-led spaces over shared food.
