About

The Lombard Method is for Artists and Makers in Birmingham, inaugurated in 2009.

The current directors of The Lombard Method are Jon Elliott and Joseph Welden.

As of 2025, The Lombard Method houses 14 studio spaces and a Showroom. To apply for a studio space, or to arrange a visit to The Lombard Method and see what we're about, please contact us at thelombardmethod.org

Until 2013 The Lombard Method programmed a series of residencies, exhibitions and events, listed in the Project archive. Part of this programme was supported by Arts Council England.
